How R.I.C.H.O. is governed
Human Oversight
Human approval remains authoritative in R.I.C.H.O. Sensitive actions are not automatically executed without explicit human permission. The system is designed to support human decision-making, not replace it. No consequential action proceeds without a defined human approval checkpoint.
Data Handling
Data handling depends on the deployed services and agreed configuration. R.I.C.H.O. does not guarantee specific data residency, retention or processing arrangements. Production deployment requires a review of data handling requirements and applicable obligations.
Access Control
Access to the R.I.C.H.O. system is controlled through authentication. Administrative functions require verified credentials. The CRM and internal dashboards are not publicly accessible. Role-based access controls are applied where implemented.
Logging
System activity is logged where technically supported. Logs include inputs, outputs, approval events and status changes. Log completeness depends on the deployed configuration. Not all activity may be captured in the current prototype stage.
AI Model Limitations
AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or unsupported claims. All AI-generated outputs require human review before any action is taken. R.I.C.H.O. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
Incident Handling
Security concerns and incidents should be reported to the contact address provided on this site. There is no automated incident response system in the current prototype. Response times depend on the nature of the report and available resources.
Responsible Use
R.I.C.H.O. must not be used to generate content intended to deceive, harm or mislead. It must not be used to process personal data without appropriate legal basis. It must not be used to automate decisions that require qualified professional judgement without appropriate human review.
Third-Party Service Dependencies
R.I.C.H.O. depends on third-party AI model providers, hosting services and infrastructure. Availability, performance and data handling are subject to the terms of those providers. R.I.C.H.O. does not control third-party service availability or changes to third-party terms.
What R.I.C.H.O. Does Not Claim
Stating limitations clearly is part of responsible AI operation. Buyers and partners can make better decisions when they understand exactly what is operational, what is demonstrated and what is planned.
