The acquisition includes the brand, domain, website, source code, AI workflow configurations, technical documentation and defined transition assistance.

What a buyer needs to know
Richo Systems represents that it holds the relevant founder-created brand, domain, website, software and documentation rights, subject to buyer legal, technical and licence due diligence. The name "R.I.C.H.O." and "Richo Systems" are not affiliated with Ricoh Company, Ltd. IP transfer is subject to the sale agreement and buyer verification of domain registration, repository ownership, contributor declarations, third-party asset licences and open-source licence inventory.
