Founder
Alex Richards
BACKGROUND
Alex Richards is an Australian mechanical engineer, software-system developer and the founder of Richo Systems. He designed and developed the R.I.C.H.O. website, public tool environment, governance concepts, workflow architecture, evidence framework and demonstration materials.
PRODUCT MISSION
The mission behind R.I.C.H.O. is to make AI-assisted business work more structured, more honest and more accountable. That means defining what the system does, being clear about what it cannot do, and building human review into the process — not as an afterthought, but as a structural requirement.
EVIDENCE-FIRST APPROACH
Every material capability statement is linked to evidence records, demonstrations, implementation statuses or stated limitations. Verification levels are disclosed transparently.
LOCATION
Australia. The R.I.C.H.O. platform is an independent Australian software project.

What Richo Systems is trying to build.
Structured AI work
AI-assisted business work should have defined inputs, defined outputs and a clear statement of what the system can and cannot do. Ambiguity about AI capability is a risk, not a feature.
Honest about limitations
Every capability claim should be backed by evidence. Every limitation should be stated clearly. A transparent limitation register is more credible than a list of unsupported claims.
Human accountability
Consequential decisions should require human review. The system should make it easy to review, approve and record decisions — not easy to bypass them.
